When Fiddler is running all web pages get Certificate Error

When Fiddler is in capture mode all web pages get attached Certificate Error

This occurs also occurs on Fiddler Menu:  Tools/Send Feedback

Reset IE options.

    This simply indicates Fiddler's cert isn't trusted. Tools > Fiddler Options > HTTPS > Actions > "Trust Root Certificate", or, in a pinch "Reset all certificates"

    Uninstalled Fiddler via ControlPanel and reinstalled Fiddler
