No traffic on proxy connection

On windows 7 and w10 clients we cant use fiddler as a web debugger because clients has websense endpoint installed. We made some tests but nothing happened. When endpoint proxy installed, application added its proxy address to the IE' use automatic conf. script section so traffic routes over this url (ex:http://pac.xxx.com/proxy.pac?=ajjndfd) .we dont edit this file. How can we handle this problem ? On fiddler, we changed gateway proxy address too. I hope you can help us asap. Thank you

    There aren't really enough details here to go on. Fiddler supports chaining of proxies, so to use Fiddler with an upstream proxy, you should first set the upstream proxy in IE and then start Fiddler. Fiddler will automatically chain to the upstream proxy).

    If the client PC has some utility software that always forces the proxy to the upstream proxy (deleting Fiddler's proxy settings) you'll need to disable that utility software.
