Can't install certificate FiddlerRoot.cer. on Xiaomi Redmi 3 device

Hello I have Xiaomi Redmi 3 phone. I cant install FiddlerRoot.cer. When i try to install error appear. Device can't read file. But device recognize extension of file.

Fiddler resets UI layout customization each start

The attached screenshots show a customized UI layout and a broken one that is Fiddler shows me on each start of the program. The program window doesn't remember its on-screen position as well: it's always shown in the left half of my only display....

F6 should be tri-state and squash inspector as well as session view
