Allow export of a single autoresponder rule

Repro:

1. Add a bunch of rules to the autoresponder.

2. Select two rules.

3. Right click the rules list.

Observe:

Only an "Export all" command.

Expect:

An "Export selected" command that exports only the currently-selected rules.
