TrustCert.exe no longer signed

In Telerik Fiddler Web Debugger (v4.6.2.29442), TrustCert.exe is missing its Authenticode Signature.

    This should be fixed in 4.6.2.30081. Thanks for mentioning it.

    EnableLoopback has the same issue.
