I installed Fiddler in D:\Dev\Fiddler\ But FiddlerCertMaker still installed in C:\Program Files (x86)\Fiddler
Yeah, with the introduction of the Fiddler 5 "Per-User" installer default, this problem likely affects many of the standalone Fiddler-related downloads.
(Having said that, the need for the FiddlerCertMaker plugin has declined dramatically with the new CertEnroll generator that ships with Fiddler. That generator should be generating certificates compatible with everything that matters.)
