Fiddler triggers OOM message repeatedly after update to 5.0

This is while capturing an iPad updating to iOS 11.2 beta 6.  This same scenario worked just fine before the update this morning to 5.0.

    Telerik reports that they've fixed this internally (rebuilding as 64bit), so hopefully we'll see the fix soon.

    It appears that Fiddler 5 beta was compiled only for x86, a serious regression.
