Option to Disable Capture on Start

I find having Capture on when you start Fiddler a pain since almost always one of the first things I have to do is turn it off. I'd like the option to just have it off on startup.

    I agree, I so often use fiddler for its composer or would rather turn on capture when I have the particular app I want to capture set up which I do after starting fiddler. Just a setting with this option would be great.

    Tools > Fiddler Options > Connections > Act as System Proxy on Startup.
