Support for Multiple "tearoff" Windows for separate requests

It's difficult to compare request information by not being able to tearoff multiple request details windows.

 

Currently, the tearoff only pops out the request details window, but doesn't allow for multiple per request.

    Right-click the Session in the Web Sessions list. Choose "Inspect in New Window" from the menu.
