Clear Cache button is dangerous

I suggest adding either a confirmation pop-up or hiding the Clear Cache button unless the use indicates (via the preference menu) that the button should be seen. I thought the button cleared the sessions window...

    In practice, this button usually does little these days, insofar as there are few instances where the Internet Explorer cache gets used anymore.
