Run external application and follow

Suppose I have helloThere3333.exe installed with the usual program files, shortcuts etc. It'd be nice to have a MRU list and a browse/run "foo" aka helloThere3333.exe externally and follow its forks, and chase down its SSL/TLSv1/etc activity.

When Fiddler is running all web pages get Certificate Error

When Fiddler is in capture mode all web pages get attached Certificate Error This occurs also occurs on Fiddler Menu: Tools/Send Feedback Reset IE options. Fiddler Version (v4.6.2.30081) Windows 7
